Free · self-check about 3 minutes · short check (PDF) · call optional

Short check: how easily is your practice found online?

For physiotherapy, massage and naturopathic practices and other healthcare practices, dental and medical practices included. Free and without obligation, three parts, all optional: the 10-question online self-check (about 3 minutes), the short check (PDF) I prepare personally (no self-check needed), and, if you like, a call by phone or video (about 20 minutes).

Your answers stay in your browser. Nothing is sent unless you choose to request the short check (PDF).
1Does your website load on HTTPS (padlock in the browser) and is it easy to read on a phone?
2Are opening hours, address and phone number visible on the website and usable with one tap (call, open map)?
3Can patients or clients book an appointment online?
4Have you claimed your Google Business Profile and updated it in the last three months?
5How do you handle online reviews?
6Does your website have a complete imprint and a privacy policy under the revised Data Protection Act (in force since 1 Sep 2023)?
7Does your website avoid patient or client testimonials, before/after images and, where relevant to you, brand names of prescription drugs?
8Is every service on your website clearly described (what it is, who it is for, how an appointment works)?
9Is your practice listed with current details on OneDoc or other relevant directories (e.g. local.ch, your professional association)?
10Can English speakers find the key information about your practice in English?

Your personal short check as a PDF

I personally review your Google profile, website and directory listings and send you a short PDF with the key points and concrete fixes within 3 working days. You do not need to complete the self-check for this.

  • Free and without obligation
  • Public information only – no patient data
  • Prepared personally, not an automated report

I only use your details to prepare the short check (PDF) and to follow up with you once.
