Privacy policy
This privacy policy explains which personal data are processed when you visit chinnimarketing.ch or send an enquiry. It is governed by the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

2. Visiting the website (server log files)
When you open the website, our hosting provider stores technically necessary data in server log files: IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer, browser and operating system. Purpose: secure and stable operation of the website. Log files are deleted after at most 7 days.
Hosting: Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva, Switzerland – data centres in Switzerland.
This website uses no cookies, no tracking and no analytics. Fonts are served locally; no data are sent to Google Fonts.
3. Email enquiries
The fields on this website only help prepare a local email draft. They are not transmitted automatically. The “Open email app” button opens a draft in your own email app. Only when you send it yourself are the details processed by your chosen email provider and our business mailbox at Infomaniak. We use your details only to answer the enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a quote. Please do not send health or patient data.
4. Free short check
The optional self-check (about 3 minutes) runs only in your browser. No cookies, no local storage, no automatic transmission. You can include result notes in your email draft and edit or remove them before sending. You can request the free short check (PDF) by email without completing the self-check or having a call. We process your practice and contact details to prepare the short check (PDF) within 3 working days and follow up once. No newsletter. We delete the request and short check (PDF) after 12 months unless they lead to an engagement; statutory retention duties remain applicable. You can request earlier deletion.
5. Call requests
Email your proposed times for an optional call by phone or video (about 20 minutes). Harry confirms the time manually by email. No booking service or automatic reservation.
6. Email
Emails are received and stored by Infomaniak (Switzerland). We keep enquiries and correspondence as long as needed to handle them or as required by law (business correspondence usually 10 years). Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after 12 months.
7. Disclosure
We do not sell data. The only recipients are the service providers named above (hosting, business email and their sub-processors); your chosen email provider is also involved when sending, which process data on our behalf.
8. Your rights
You may at any time request access to your personal data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, request a copy of your data and object to its processing. Please contact the email address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, www.edoeb.admin.ch).
9. Changes
We may update this privacy policy. The version published here applies.
